As a full-service salon and day spa, CBK offers a wide variety of services, such as Massage, Skin Care, Hair Removal, and Nail Services, including Pedicures, Gel Polish, and Nail Art. CANCELLATIONS
With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we request 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation. Of course, we understand that things come up, so your first missed reservation is on us. A second missed reservation will require a full payment paid at the time of booking for all future reservations.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.
